Born on the 19th of September 2000, in town of Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Cymru (Wales), Meyrick Tilley is a Neurodivergent Activist, Inclusion Officer for Plaid Cymru Anabledd, Artist and Designer.
From a young age, Meyrick's passion for the world around him was evident to see. From joining Disability charity walks as a wee child, putting the message of Disability rights front and centre for all to see, to becoming fully immersed in the growing digital age around him, learning the basics of Photoshop by the age of 9, winning the regional of the F1 in schools project, going all the way to the British Final in 2012, to winning the Bridgend Youth Short Film Project, Meyrick never let go of that love for learning and hope for people, and this can been seen throughout his work today.
In a world that is deeply divided and unjust, with power residing in the hands of a small group of elites, drunk on greed and seeking to divide us, Meyrick has dedicated his life into projects that reject the growing consensus, that give something back to the people, where that be through policy idea that would benefit thousands, or a silly short film that puts a smile on a few people faces.
