McLean Fletcher is multidisciplinary artist, educator and healer.

With a Master of Fine Arts in Classical Acting and Shakespeare from The George Washington University and Shakespeare Theatre Company and two decades of experience as a theatre maker, actor, and fine artist, McLean’s first steps into filmmaking are a reflection of her journey as a performance and visual artist. Her work is deeply psychological, informed by her personal healing odyssey overcoming addictions and mental illness.

She launched Hero’s Journey Productions in 2023 and has since written two feature films, three pilot episodes, and two short films. She wrapped production on the two short films in 2024 and seeks funding and distribution for her features and series.
