Mattia De Luca is an award-winning, transgender filmmaker, who founded De Luca Films. She has worked in a myriad of roles on over 70 projects in the last 10 years and a majority of her work has been in the Camera and Lighting Department. In that time Mattia has worked with Forbes, the New South Wales Government, the Utah State Government, the University of Utah, ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), HBO, NETFLIX and Amazon Prime; in every role from being a runner to camera and lighting to producing to directing to editing. Mattia’s passion has always been to tell stories of people whose voices would otherwise not be heard.
