Matt C. Hourigan is a multi-award-winning, independent American film, TV, and video director, screenwriter, and producer. A talented visual storyteller and creative for scripted, live-action shorts, features, and episodic series, he is best known for his action-thriller short film The Mailman (2020).
Ranked a Top Film School by both The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, he graduated with honors earning his B.F.A. in Film and Television with a Directing Concentration from the School of Cinematic Arts at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
After spending time in Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area, he now resides in Dallas, Texas.
