Mascha Deikova was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. After finishing her bachelor studies in Radio & TV journalism, she worked for several media companies. But her passion for telling stories and creating new worlds didn’t let her go. So she moved to Austria to become a filmmaker and got a master’s degree in MultiMediaArt Film at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg. Mascha specializes in directing, screenwriting, and developing ideas and concepts. During the last 8 years, she has created countless short films, music videos, and image films, and started her own production company, Holy Moly films.
