After her degree in Arts and Movie Marzia Rumi moves to Madrid, where she attends a master in Documentary and Experimental Cinema. In the same period she shoots some short movies, following the all phases, from the subject to the post-production. She moves to Habana where she attends a course in movie production at the EICTV (Escuela internacional de cine y television) in Cuba where she start to work for her first feature doc movie, ISLAM DE CUBA.
In 2019 she starts to work as a TV production assistant for the program “First date” and then as a junior writer for some programs, including “Dottori in corsia” and “Nuovi Eroi”, both broadcasted on Rai 3 and "Too hot to handle" for Netflix.
At the same time she’s developing her second documentary feature “Finis Terrae” produced by Image Hunters.
