After completing my degree in Performing Arts, my passion for arts and culture led me to expand my training in yoga and develop language skills through study-abroad programs and a volunteer experience as a teaching assistant.
I pursued the International Master's in Dance Anthropology, Choreomundus, a program offered by four European universities focused on the study of Intangible Cultural Heritage, ethnographic fieldwork, and the analysis of its outcomes. My research explores Galician dance within the diaspora and its role in shaping new Galician identities.
My professional background includes experience as an actress, yoga instructor, and Spanish teacher.
Currently, I continue teaching, engaging in volunteer work, and broadening my knowledge of physical, artistic, and cultural disciplines, always with a multicultural and inclusive approach.
In my free time, I like to keep in motion and creative... mainly through dancing!
