During high school, Marius studied exact sciences and upon enrolling at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, he discovered student theater, sparking his interest in directing. In 2015, he created his debut feature film "Problem Solver," despite its minimal budget. This was followed by two more low-budget films, "Problemo" (2018) and "Once Upon a Time in the Village" (2022), the latter of which achieved significant success in theaters, earning twelve times its budget. In 2021, with the short film "Rotalsnart" (Translator) Marius won the "Odiseja72" competition, during which short films were created within 72 hours. With this movie in 2022, Marius entered the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, graduating in 2024 with short film "Carry out".
