Maria Dakszewicz is a director, writer and illustrator. Born on June 3rd 2002, in Gdańsk, Poland, her work is strongly connected to observing the reality of urban spaces and the issue of finding one's identity in this context. In her creative pursuits, she often relies on written word, which serves as a starting point for the creation of the visual image. In 2021, she completed her education at the Fine Arts High School in Gdynia. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. In 2022, she began her studies at the The Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź.
