Marcellas Don’Tae Clay is a multifaceted recording artist, actor, and filmmaker born on July 2, 1987, in Lake Providence, Louisiana, but raised and currently based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Raised in a large family with four brothers and two sisters, Marcellas discovered his passion for the performing arts at an early age. By eight years old, he was already self-taught in acting, singing, dancing, and playing the piano by ear—laying the foundation for a lifelong creative journey. As an independent artist, Marcellas has established a strong presence in the R&B and Hip-Hop space, recognized for his soulful vocals and compelling stage presence.
His debut single and music video, “Mamacita” featuring Rambo Wicc, generated significant attention throughout the DFW area and is available on YouTube. He continues to build momentum with upcoming music videos for fan-favorite singles including “Tell Me Why,” “Story of My Life,” and “This Is My Time.” Expanding beyond music, Marcellas has successfully transitioned into filmmaking. In 2024, he founded The Clay Fam Enterprises Incorporated, marking a major milestone in his career.
The company’s debut short film, “Mz. Parker,” is currently streaming on multiple platforms, including Amazon Video, and received strong recognition through the Remy Network.
