My work combines directing and participatory methods, using documentary cinema as a tool for listening, education, and the creation of new social narratives.
I am a student of Media and Film Studies at the University of Calabria, where I earned my degree in Cinema and Media with a focus on Media and Digital Society. I collaborate with the film magazine Fata Morgana Web, for which I write about documentary cinema, and I am also part of its editorial board. I have served as a juror for Venezia Classici at the 80th Venice International Film Festival and for the online press jury at the 2024 Lucca Film Festival. My current research and creative work focus on documentary filmmaking and participatory cinema.
