Manisa Hope (formerly known as Narges Haghighat) is a Canadian-Iranian animation filmmaker who graduated from the Film Animation program, at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, Concordia University in 2017. Later on, she was accepted into the Master of Fine Arts in Film Production program at the same school which she completed in 2023.
She holds a prior bachelor’s degree in computer software programming, and has two decades of experience in acrylic and oil painting techniques, as well as intricate colour pencil drawings.
