REGULAMIN
przeglądu filmowego w ramach Festiwalu Filmów Krótkich Lumen
1. Organizatorem Festiwalu Filmów Krótkich Lumen jest Nadchmurami Pracownia oraz Miejski Ośrodek Kultury w Zabrzu (dalej: Organizatorzy).
2. Festiwal odbędzie się w dniu 27 listopada 2026 roku. Niniejszy regulamin dotyczy przeglądu dla niezależnych twórców filmowych, który odbędzie się w ramach Festiwalu w dniu 27 listopada (dalej: Przegląd).
3. Celem Festiwalu jest prezentacja i promocja filmu niezależnego. Filmy zgłaszane do przeglądu powinny spełniać wymagania niniejszego regulaminu.
4. Czas filmu nie może przekroczyć 15 min. (nie licząc napisów)
5. Filmy należy przesłać przez platformę FilmFreeway
6. Film nie może naruszać praw autorskich oraz prawa do prywatności osób trzecich. Prezentowane w niej treści nie mogą przedstawiać zachowań zabronionych przez prawo, niecenzuralnych lub godzących w zasady dobrego wychowania i kultury osobistej.
7. Uczestnik przeglądu dodatkowo zapewnia, że osoby/instytucje występujące lub uwiecznione w filmie, a także ewentualni współtwórcy, nie będą dochodzić od Organizatorów wynagrodzenia, w tym szczególności wynagrodzenia za rozpowszechnianie filmu na stronie internetowej oraz inne przypadki publicznego udostępniania filmu.
8. Jeden uczestnik Przeglądu może zgłosić maksymalnie 1 film.
9. Zgłoszenia przyjmowane są do 1 października 2026 roku.
10. Komisja wyłoniona przez Organizatorów kwalifikuje nadesłane filmy do Przeglądu. Lista zakwalifikowanych filmów będzie dostępna na stronie lumen.nadchmuramipracownia.pl oraz na stronie https://www.facebook.com/mokzabrze.
11. Prezentacja filmów zakwalifikowanych będzie miała charakter otwarty dla publiczności.
12. Informacje o przesłanych filmach tj. m.in. tytuł, imię i nazwisko reżysera, czas trwania filmu zostaną użyte w celach promocyjnych oraz umieszczone na stronie internetowej Organizatorów.
13. Zgłoszone filmy udostępniane są Organizatorom bezpłatnie.
14. Poprzez zgłoszenie filmu do Przeglądu zgłaszający udziela Organizatorom nieodpłatnej licencji na publiczne wyświetlenie zgłoszonego filmu podczas Festiwalu.
15. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do przerwania lub unieważnienia Przeglądu bez podania przyczyn.
16. Zgłoszenie filmu do udziału w Festiwalu jest jednoznaczne z zapoznaniem się oraz akceptacją postanowień niniejszego regulaminu.
17. Jeżeli film nie jest w języku polskim wymagane są napisy w języku angielskim.

REGULATIONS
of the film showcase as part of the Lumen Short Film Festival
1. The Organizers of the Lumen Short Film Festival are Nadchmurami Pracownia and the Municipal Cultural Center in Zabrze (hereinafter: the Organizers).
2. The Festival will take place on November 27, 2026. These regulations apply to the showcase for independent filmmakers held as part of the Festival on November 27 (hereinafter: the Showcase).
3. The goal of the Festival is the presentation and promotion of independent film. Films submitted to the showcase must comply with the requirements set forth in these regulations.
4. The film’s duration may not exceed 15 minutes (excluding credits).
5. Films must be submitted via the FilmFreeway platform.
6. The film must not infringe upon copyrights or the privacy rights of third parties. The submitted content may not depict behavior prohibited by law, be obscene, or violate the principles of good manners and personal culture.
7. Showcase participants further ensure that persons/institutions appearing or immortalized in the film, as well as any co-creators, will not seek remuneration from the Organizers, specifically including remuneration for the distribution of the film on the website or other instances of public screening.
8. One participant may submit a maximum of 1 film to the Showcase.
9. Submissions will be accepted until October 1, 2026.
10. A committee appointed by the Organizers will select the submitted films for the Showcase. The list of qualified films will be available at lumen.nadchmuramipracownia.pl and on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mokzabrze.
11. The screening of qualified films will be open to the public.
12. Information regarding the submitted films, such as the title, director's name, and duration, will be used for promotional purposes and published on the Organizers' websites.
13. Submitted films are provided to the Organizers free of charge.
14. By submitting a film to the Showcase, the submitter grants the Organizers a royalty-free license for the public screening of the film during the Festival.
15. The Organizers reserve the right to interrupt or cancel the Showcase without stating a reason.
16. Submitting a film to the Festival is equivalent to reading and accepting the provisions of these regulations.
17. If the film is in a language other than Polish, English subtitles are required.
