By confirming your participation or purchasing a ticket/pass for Los Angeles Fantasia Fest 2026, you agree to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket sales and participation fees are non-refundable, regardless of changes in attendance, scheduling, or screening status.
In case of unforeseen venue or technical issues, the festival will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or accommodate affected films, but no refunds or financial compensation will be issued.
Screening Attendance Requirement
Only films with an attending filmmaker or representative will be screened LIVE at the venue.
If a filmmaker confirms attendance and fails to appear or check in, the film will be immediately removed from the live schedule without refund or compensation.
The festival reserves the right to replace the slot with another standby film.
Scheduling and Programming
Screening times, blocks, and venue assignments are determined solely by the festival team and are subject to change.
The festival is not responsible for travel delays, visa issues, or other circumstances preventing attendance.
File Delivery and Technical Responsibility
All participating filmmakers must provide a final screening file (MP4 or MOV, HD maximum) by the specified deadline.
The festival is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or corrupted files.
Films not in English must include English subtitles β this is mandatory.

Access to the online screening platform is granted only after payment has been confirmed through FilmFreeway. Once your payment is received, our team will contact you directly and provide your personal login credentials for the Online Section.

Liability Disclaimer
The festival, its partners, and its venues are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to materials, hard drives, or personal property.
Participation in the festival implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Arrival & Seating Policy
All screenings, Awards tickets, and festival events operate on a first come, first served basis due to limited venue capacity.
We strongly recommend arriving 15β20 minutes before your scheduled screening or event to allow enough time for check-in and seating. Late arrivals may need to wait until an appropriate moment to enter or, if the venue reaches capacity, may not be admitted.
Merchandise Pickup Policy
All official festival merchandise must be picked up in person at the festival venue during Los Angeles Fantasy Fest 2026.
We do not offer shipping or mail delivery under any circumstances. Please make sure you or a representative can collect your order during the festival dates.
Final Authority
The Los Angeles Fantasia Fest team reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding programming, awards, and participation.
All selections, nominations, and award decisions are final and non-negotiable.
