Lorenzo Picarazzi was born on October 20, 1990, in Milan, grew up on Lake Maggiore and returned to Milan in 2010 to undertake studies in philosophy at the University of Milan. After obtaining his BSc degree in 2014, he enrolled in the course of cinema and video at the Brera Academy and graduated in 2018 at Milan. His work combines various disciplines, such as philophy and cinema, contributing to the field of visual culture.
Through the use of obsolete devices and found-footage research, his productions range from short films, documentaries, video clips, video essays, exhibitions and installations. He works as a video operator and editor.
