I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and storyteller with a strong commitment to crafting narratives that go beyond traditional mediums. I hold a Master’s in Design from IIT Hyderabad, which I completed while working professionally at the institute. This dual experience allowed me to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills, particularly in documentary filmmaking and photography. At IIT Hyderabad, I was responsible for producing science research documentaries and documenting Telangana's cultural heritage, which required a blend of technical expertise and artistic vision. Prior to this, I served as a Subject Matter Expert in Photography at Microsoft, where I enhanced the quality of photography-related content for their Machine Learning program. This role deepened my understanding of both the art and science of photography, as well as expanding my expertise in digital content and emerging technologies. My freelance work has further broadened my creative abilities, particularly in architecture and lifestyle photography within the hospitality sector.
During my time in the UK, I have documented festivals such as the OZORA Festival in Hungary and the Cosmo Festival in the UK. Additionally, I contributed to a socio-political documentary supported by Carleton University, Canada, focusing on political conflicts in Kerala. My work as an art mediator at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale involved guiding diverse audiences through exhibitions, enhancing my ability to communicate visual stories effectively. By combining artistic talent with technical proficiency, I strive to create work that resonates on both intellectual and emotional levels, positioning me as a versatile and sought-after artist in photography, documentary filmmaking, and visual storytelling.
