Laza (she/they) is a mixed Jewish filmmaker, full-time student, and part-time freelancer. Her screenplays and films focus on queer characters and often contain horror elements. Laza was a Medical Anthropology and Gender, Women, & Sexuality Studies major at UW before switching to film. She is currently enrolled in the Seattle Film Institute's Masters Degree program.
