Lauren Marsden is a Canadian filmmaker and media artist of European and Trinidadian descent. She is currently based in Vancouver, BC, on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. As a storyteller, she focuses on narrative and experimental works that revolve around gender, hybrid identities, and the human impact on the land.
