Laura Dauden is a Brazilian director, screenwriter, and journalist with extensive experience in communication and advocacy for human rights organizations in Brazil. She holds a degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in International Relations and African Studies. In 2011, she published the first book in Brazil about the Western Sahara conflict. Recently, in 2022, Laura was selected for the Mentoring 1to1 program of Cima - Association of Women Filmmakers and Audiovisual Media in the documentary specialty, where she is currently being mentored by director and producer Alba Sotorra.
