L.E. Coleman has created and constructed over 25 screenplays for feature films, short films, and television, spanning various genres, including drama, horror, sci-fi, comedy, animation, and live-action/animation. He was a 2018 Roadmap Writers Coletta Preacely-Garcia Diversity Fellowship Recipient and was selected as a Top 25 Screenwriters to Watch by the International Screenwriters Association in 2021. He has over 150 Screenwriting placements in various competitions, including the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards, the Austin Film Festival, the Final Draft Big Break Contest, and the Nicholl Fellowship.
