Konstantina Palli is an acclaimed film and theatre director and a member of the Greek Directors Guild. Born in Elefsina, she studied acting and stage voice at the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS - RATI) under the direction of V.A. Andreev. Her cinematic work has received extensive international recognition. Her films, including "Diminished", "Neighbors", "Rules of Hospitality", "Just World"and the recently premiered "Don't Leave Me Behind", have won multiple awards for Best Film, Screenplay, and Direction at prestigious festivals worldwide, such as WorldFest Houston, the Andromeda Film Festival, and the Athens Digital Film Festival. Her feature documentary "Sacred Art - Weavers of Crete" (2022) was also honored as Best Feature Documentary at the Mayavaram Film Festival and received the "Art and Culture" award at the Chania Film Festival. Beyond filmmaking, she is a dedicated educator and the founder of the "Synicho" theatre workshop and the inclusive theatre group "Roda" for people with disabilities. She is also the director of the professional theatre ensemble "Queen Bees." Palli has a long-standing contribution to psychological theatre and cultural intervention programs, having collaborated with organizations such as KETHEA and the National Youth Foundation. She currently holds the position of vocal instructor at Lab Music Education, where she applies her specialized expertise in stage voice.
