Kinocaravan is a project that brings together several events – "Cinema Corto Moniga", "Cinema in Calice", and "Bienno BorgoVisioni" – to present short films directly to audiences across various locations in Italy.

The events are enriched with musical performances, art exhibitions, and photography displays, creating a multi-disciplinary cultural experience.

The showcase has two clear goals: to rediscover the cinema as a space for connection and social reflection, and to continue promoting short films without age restrictions, while concretely supporting filmmakers with a 70$ fee for each selected and screened work.

Kinocaravan is not just a festival; it’s a shared experience that celebrates short films as a form of art and dialogue.

Awards & Prizes

A total of 2.800$ for the shorts selected. We offer 70$ fee for every selected short film.

Audience as the Jury:
At every event, the audience decides the winner. Each location offers a unique prize:

"𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲" 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱:
A box of 6 wines from the Lake Garda winery Cantine Scolari.

"𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲-𝗺𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗮" 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱:
A handcrafted wooden statuette by artist Stefano Mendeni.

"𝗕𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶" 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱:
A hand-forged iron piece created by the master blacksmiths of Bienno.

Rules & Terms

We ask filmmakers and producers to accept simple regulations:

𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁

1 ‧ Free theme or subject;
2 ‧ Shorts must have a maximum running time of 40';
3 ‧ No production year required.
4 ‧ Shorts must be either shot in italian or have english or italian subtitles;
5 ‧ You can submit only one short per subscription fee: multiple shorts require multiple subscription fees;
6 ‧ The author declares to own all rights (music and film) for its short. Our festival is not responsible for any claim about copyright.
7 ‧ Selected films must acknowledge that kinocaravan reserves the right to promote the films on kinocaravan's website and social media using both images and video that you provide.

1 ‧ Free theme or subject. Every project needs a minimum of 3 photos.
2 ‧ At the organisation's discretion, Kinocaravan may cover the printing costs of the selected project.
3 ‧ Kinocaravan will not cover the shipping costs for the selected works.
4 ‧ No exhibition fee will be provided to the authors.
