The works participating in the Festival must include video materials and can be created using traditional video shooting, animation, as well as using the following technologies:

Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR).
Interactive multimedia materials.
Online platforms and educational applications.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Gamification.
Other technologies.
Works created no earlier than 5 years before the Festival are eligible for participation. In 2026, works created in 2021 and later are accepted.

The working language of the Festival is Russian. Works created in a foreign language must have Russian subtitles or synchronous translation. The organizing committee may accept works with English subtitles for the competition.

Works are accepted via file exchange, in MPEG-4 format. Films in HD quality are welcomed. Other works may be accepted in the form of links to video hosting platforms, websites on the Internet, VKontakte social network accounts, and Telegram messenger. The link to the work must remain valid until the end of the final of the Festival.

One work can be submitted to multiple categories.

All Works entered into the Festival must have an age rating no higher than 16+ and must not contain any material that violates the Laws of the Russian Federation or its National Cultural Policy.

The Festival Participant must guarantee that among the authors or subjects (heroes) of the Work, or in references within the Work, there are no individuals or official representatives of organizations included in the Register of Foreign Agents according to Federal Law No. 255-FZ of July 14, 2022, "On Control over the Activities of Persons under Foreign Influence.

Festival Participants must ensure the copyright purity of all elements of the Work submitted in the Festival Application and bear full responsibility in the event of third-party claims against the Festival organizers.

Participation is free of charge.
