Born October 10 1990, Kenji Isidor is a french director and screenwriter. He started making videos with his web-cam when he was in middle school. During high school, Kenji spent his time shooting horror movies with his friends. After high school Kenji attended the Sorbonne-Nouvelle, Paris-Diderot and Vincennes-Saint-Denis universities while continuing making his films. He obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in cinema as well as a second master's degree in filmmaking. From 2014 to 2022, Kenji wrote and directed the web-series "Joshua Parker" made of forty episodes. In 2019 he made his graduation movie: "The Butterfly of Fukushima" At the age of 30, he obtains his first artistic scholarship for the project "The Colors Eater" which was made with a €12000 budget. Kenji Isidor is known for his strange creations filled with misfits and monsters. His work is inspired by filmmakers such as Tim Burton, David Lynch and Jean Cocteau but also by mangas and video games. His universe is between melancholy and dread but at the end, still hopefull.
