Katherine Sainte-Marie is a writer/director who specializes in historical fiction, fantasy, and horror. Her work has played in festivals around the world, including genre fests such as Horrible Imaginings, FilmQuest, and the U.K.'s Starburst International. She won Showtimes Tony Cox Screenplay award at the 2021 Nantucket Film Festival for her short script, THE LITTLE MONSTER OF RAVENSWOOD MANOR. Her new film, THE DEVIL IN BITTER WOODS is currently on the festival circuit. This folk horror tale tells the story of a slow-witted man who meets the devil in the woods and tries to bargain for his life.
