Karthiks Siva (Mahalingasivam Kartheepan), was born on 16th January, 1987, Studied at J/ Hartley College, Point Pedro, Sri Lanka. Then He Studied Business Management and worked at Nations Trust Bank, Lanka Orix Leasing Company PLC (LOLC) and as a manager at LB Finance PLC. He has also studied Digital Film Making in Periyar University, Selam, India.
He has made some short films as a Director, Cinematographer & editor and Producer in india. (First Aid, tablet, Palar) & also has directed, edited and produced two films in Srilanka and India titled as "Kalai" and "Female" and won 15 International Awards (Including DadaSaheb phalke awards, Toronto, International film festival, Los Angeles International film festival, California international film festival, London independent festival, Mumbai international Film festival, Pune international festival Awards).
He also worked in Three Feature Films "Ambulu" (Srilanka_Releases soon) and "Luci" (Sri lanka_Released) and Thiripuram (India_Releases soon) as Co-Director, Editor, Stunt Choreographer and Lyricist.
He is currently working in Wageningen university in the Netherlands and also running the YouTube Channel and other social media platforms in the name of “KARTHIK Highlights” with many varieties videos of information and entertainment.
