Wren Tiffany (b. 1999) is a Richmond-based non-binary transmasculine multimedia artist, filmmaker, and drag king. They received their B.A. in Studio Art with a minor in Digital Studies from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Their work has been exhibited in regional exhibitions including the VCUArts group graduate exhibitions Whereabouts and K is for Komputer, UMW Annual Student Art Exhibition and Senior Art Exhibition in 2021, as well as Gallery VC and Gallery 202. Through experimental videos, GIFs, and performance art, Tiffany’s work explores the performative nature of gender, drag culture, memory, and radical expressions of defiantly flamboyant queerness. They are currently studying at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Kinetic Imaging M.F.A. program.
