KWA (pronounced kwah / kwä) is an artist of the moving image, specializing in experimental motion pictures. The still frames extracted from his films are utilized to create artworks at cinematic scale.
His motion pictures are Official Selections at top tier film festivals, including The Chicago International Film Festival and Rhode Island International Film Festival.
KWA’s artworks and films have been featured in solo and group exhibitions, in Indianapolis, including: Speck Gallery at The Harrison Center for the Arts; Saks Gallery; The Indianapolis Art Center; High Frequency Gallery; Murphy Arts Center and
Meyer-Najem Gallery.

His most recently completed film work, "Panta Rhei (everything is in flux)" is the midway point of a Trilogy, intended to change audience perceptions toward a more effective alignment with outcomes they themselves, as individuals, desire.
Where part one of the Trilogy "The Space Between (stimulus and response)" intends to turn millisecond reactions into several seconds of a considered response time after receiving information.
Part two (Panta) picks up with an intention of "viewing life itself as a flow to better place oneself into its current toward an (audience member's individual) destination of choice". The final installment of the Trilogy has been announced as "Metanoia (a repentant turning)" with production expected to begin in 2022.
