I'm KC Matthews, I am from South Bend, Indiana and have been acting since 2006. I started when I was 27 years old, so a late bloomer for sure. But it's never too late to find your footing in life and to settle in what makes you happy. To be able to work on what you're truly passionate about is what I feel life should be about. Who wants to live an unproductive, unexciting life, working a dead end job where you feel dead inside? I chose to follow my passions, chase down the dreams, turn them into a reality that I can be proud of. I have been writing and directing projects only for the last couple of years and my first attempt at both, along with acting, was "Sweet Dreams", the current film I'm submitting to festivals. I'm very proud of this work, even though there might be a few things we could have done better, it's been a great learning experience and I can't wait to start production on the next short film project I have.
