Justin Wu is a Toronto-based Director and Photographer. After forgoing a conventional career in the sciences and business, Justin was scouted and signed as a commercial artist in Europe & the United States.

Over the past decade, Justin has spent most of his time directing television and digital commercials. In the world of narrative filmmaking, Justin just directed his first episode of television this past year on the sitcom Kim's Convenience, currently streaming internationally on Netflix by the CBC. Prior to that he wrote and directed short films and graduated from the Half Initiative by Ryan Murphy.

Justin is an active member of the LGBTI community and passionate about giving back. He frequently collaborates with the United Nations and other goodwill organizations to help advance their humanitarian missions.

'Glambassador' is his first feature documentary that aims to paint the refugee journey in a new light and highlight the gravity of the international crisis.
