Juno Rinaldi currently stars on the Netflix/Emmy Award Nominated series, Workin' Moms.

An award winning playwright and celebrated theatre actor, Juno Rinaldi recently appeared in such television productions as the Amazon series, Wayne and the HULU series Holly Hobbie, Other credits include, CBC'sHow to Buy a Baby, Girl in the Bunker, Degrassi: The Next Generation, The Killing, Arrow, Supernatural,Fringe, Robson Arms, These Arms of Mine and Psych. Her feature film credits include, IT2, Life, Jennifer’s Body, The Tooth Fairy, The War Between Us and The Linda McCartney Story.

Earlier this year, Rinaldi hosted the International Program Competition at the prestigious Banff World Media Festival. There she had the pleasure of not only hosting the awards but was also a featured guest at the International Rockie Awards, proudly presenting the Award of Excellence to filmmaker Paul Feig (Freaks and Geeks, Bridesmaids, Spy).

Rinaldi recently optioned the novel, The Heaviness of Things that Float, by Jennifer Manuel, a celebrated B.C. writer. She and her husband, writer Michael Rinaldi, are currently developing it into a series.

When Juno Rinaldi ('Workin’ Moms') first approached me with her script, I was taken by the simplicity and honesty of it. So much is left unsaid but the raw emotions are just under the surface and it piqued so many questions and curiosity in me. In cases of assault, we are often too quick to judge and cast blame but what this story does so beautifully is give space to both sides of the story and not judge. It was important to us to create a film that was unbiased and allow the audience to come to their own conclusions and open up conversations about a topic that is never as simple as it seems.
