Judi Blaze is a novelist, former print and media journalist, editor, and screenwriter. She has three novels ,a book of short stories and a memoir published. Her latest book, Riding in the Backseat with my Brother, was recently released. Her novels, screenplays and short stories have won many awards. She continues to work on her writing in Oregon where she lives with her dog Bentley.
Awards: Her feature SQUID JIGGERS was a semi-finalist in 2015 in the Nashville Film Festival, a finalist in the Women in Cinema competition, and a quarterfinalist in the WriteMovies 2016 competition. Her short screenplay, Municipal Authority placed in the American Gem competition. Her memoir, Riding in the Backseat with my Brother, was a finalist in the American Writing Awards, 2021.
