My name is Jude and I've been making films since I was 8, but really I've been telling stories since I was able to talk. I make both drama and comedy films, and sometimes the two mix into a twisted crime-dramedy.
Jude Birdsall was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom on February 24th 2008. He loves to write and direct films and is currently in his last of 5 years at the Lord Byng Media Arts Mini School Program. He is enrolled in Capilano University's Motion Picture Arts program and will start this fall to continue his film journey.
He is an award winning filmmaker with four nominations from the British Columbia Student Film Festival, One win at the Vancouver Association of Motion Picture Teachers, and One nomination at the Zoomfest Awards.
