Joshua is a filmmaker currently attending California State University, Northridge who has produced work in advertising, televised news, music videos, film and multimedia entertainment.

He has collaborated with other filmmakers and formed a production company named Whitelock.
He has made films for School of Rock Elk Grove, Consumes Service District, Sacramento River Cats, Access Sacramento Cable, and the Sacramento Educational Cable Consortium.

His work has been selected and featured in various film festivals such as the Sacramento International Film Festival, Sacramento Film & Music Festival, Atlanta Georgia Playhouse Film Festival, and Access Sacramento's A Place Called Sacramento Youth Film Festival.
