Josh Stifter is an independent filmmaker, animator, and founder of Flush Studios. He began his career creating animated shorts and eventually transitioned into live-action filmmaking. Stifter gained national attention as a contestant on Rebel Without a Crew: The Series, where he wrote and directed the feature film The Good Exorcist. He has since directed multiple independent features including Greywood’s Plot and Scumbag. Stifter also hosts the indie filmmaking podcast Low-Budget Rebels, where he speaks with filmmakers about creativity and the realities of making movies outside the studio system.
