Josh McAvoy makes his directorial debut with 'Stone Hearts & Careless People.' Stone Hearts' is a 13-minute fantasy romance set in a world similar to our own. It focuses on love, loss and the beautiful tragedy of living.
The film was produced as a proof of concept for the use of Virtual Production (VP) technology in the indie film industry. The film was produced in association with StoryFutures Academy, Future Screens NI, Industrial Light and Magic and Epic games. As a result of this film Josh and his production company are due to give a panel talk at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, on VP in indie spheres.
