Josh Gerritsen is a filmmaker based in Rockport, Maine. He originally worked as a portrait photographer in NYC after college, but moved back home to Maine to start a farm raising grass-fed animals. He has directed two feature films: "Island Zero", a horror film that takes place on a remote island in Maine, and "Magnificent Beast", a documentary about the relationship between humans and pigs. He recently shot, directed, and produced "The Comeback Mill", a documentary about a shuttered paper mill transformed into a 21st century manufacturing facility over four years.
