Born and raised in Indiana (as most filmmakers are), Joseph Lawson started doing online videos at the age of twenty, but his love for film convinced him to transition to filmmaking. His debut short film, THE end, was included in the Newlife Film Festival and Screenplay Contest 2016. His next short film, Snooze, was included in the Canada Shorts - Canadian & International Short Film Fest and won the Merit award.
