We support the First Amendment to the United States Constitution containing the five guaranteed freedoms to citizens of religion, speech, press, to assemble peacefully and to petition government for grievances. We are concerned about what we believe is a growing erosion of the First Amendment in such cases as Idaho v. Kohberger et aol.
