I am a writer, producer, and director based in New York. Currently in development are the feature films NANDA DEVI (produced by Scott Rosenfelt, with Tarsem Singh directing), THE DRESSMAKER, a biopic about Beatles’ manager Brian Epstein, and CADENCE, with producers Simon Taufique (RICKY) and Robert Menzies (HOUSE AT THE END OF THE STREET, FATMAN, and the upcoming RED CARD).
I have had original TV projects in development with A+E Studios and OVL Media (based in Beijing), and have served as a script and story consultant for projects in the US, UK, and China.
I have produced and directed several projects for stage and streaming, including a multi-day live broadcast of various speakers and performances for the United Nations, an emergency-management film for the City of New York, and many short-form commercials and showcases for clients such as Bank of America, The College Board, The Juilliard School, and the American Alpine Club. I currently work as Director of Production and Client Services for TeamPeople, a national creative services company.
Acting credits include Edmund in King Lear, Adam in The Golem of Gavah, Sam in A Match Made in Manhattan, The Pirate King in The Pirates of Penzance, the title role of Don Giovanni, and the understudy for the title role of Hamlet, for which I also served as Assistant Director at NAB New York. I also worked on the Off-Broadway production of Neil Labute’s Some Girls as an acting coach for Fran Drescher (The Nanny). I trained at LAMDA on the 2-year Graduate Acting program.
I am religiously involved with mountains and climbing them, I play ice hockey when my knees allow me to, and I love travel, photography, and any combination of the above. I reside in New York (really, New Jersey) with my beautiful and supportive wife and our two crazy children.
