I'm an avid amateur photographer and new filmmaker. I live in Aurora, Colorado and have the beautiful Rocky Mountains to film in. I am late to this game since I am in my mid-60s. I grew up in South Carolina and made Colorado my home after retiring from the US Air Force.

I have been interested in making a film for a while, and during the pandemic I found the isolation was the perfect time to work on my first film. The filming and editing process took me some time since I am self-taught by watching countless YouTube instructional videos. Both for how to make a film and how to use the editing software. I filmed it all alone in a Colorado foothills forest.

My first film it titled: Last Hike, a short film (8min, 50 sec) that was completed in 2023. A hiker goes missing and John is hiking in the same area that goes horribly wrong, turning deadly.

My second film is titled: Firewatcher, a short film (8min, 53sec) that was completed in 2024. A victim, who survived a fire at an early age, but lost his parents, takes revenge on other for his suffering.

I have completed my script for my third film that is titled: Desecration, a psychological Horror/Eco-thriller. After carelessly littering in a remote forest, a solitary woman begins to sense that the woods are watching—and judging her—as reality bends and nature awakens with quiet vengeance. (2025)
