John Robert Seeley, known professionally as D1C3 [pronounced 'dice'] (born January 13th, 1991) is an award-winning American Hip Hop recording artist and songwriter from Long Island, New York. D1C3 is also an actor, director, producer, cinematographer, graphic designer, and an audio engineer.

D1C3's journey in hip hop began at the age of thirteen following the death of his stepfather. Over the years, D1C3 has learned and rapidly grown to become proficient in songwriting, audio engineering, mixing, mastering, photography, filmography, photo & video editing, graphic & web design, and producing. D1C3 has worked with and performed alongside renowned artists and producers. The list includes artists such as: Arsonal Da Rebel, Omen, Ryu Alexy, Victory Jones, Diabolic, Demrick, DJ Hoppa, KXNG Crooked, Nitty Scott, Cormega, Havoc of Mobb Deep, Ren Thomas, DJ Flipcyide, Tak of Fort Minor, Haas G of The U.M.C.’s, Keith Murray, iNTeLL, Pxwer, 2nd Generation Wu, and more. D1C3 was also the first and only hip-hop artist to be on the Grammy award winning & nominated company Stadiumred's music publishing roster, which had also been the home base for multi-platinum hip hop producer Just Blaze.

In 2018, the song Hard off his 2016 album XIII had been picked up and featured as the official intro theme for In the Girls Corner a web series created by the world-famous INKED magazine. In 2019, 2nd Generation Wu’s iNTeLL & D1C3 joined forces and created the Wu-Tang affiliated duo TrūVillain. The group released their first EP in 2019 and quickly gained respect and support from multiple music legends and fans around the globe. In 2020, D1C3‘s album White Noise had been Nominated for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album at the 18th Independent Music Awards and became one of the top selling local physical CD’s in Looney Tunes Record Store on Long Island, NY. The album is now available in multiple record stores in New York. It was engineered, mixed and mastered by D1C3. By the end of 2020, D1C3 released another album titled Sour Milk featuring multiple renowned artists and producers from around the world. Like most of his previous projects, Sour Milk was also engineered, mixed and mastered by D1C3.

In 2021, he re-released his award-nominated 2019 album White Noise. The re-release was promoted on North Carolina radio stations with a multi-store physical release where D1C3 made personal appearances to meet with and sign albums for fans. D1C3 also released two EPs with fellow hip hop artist and longtime friend Prophetnyc before ending the year with two music video releases and being featured in the Wu-Tang novel Deep in The Dark with The Art. In 2022, D1C3 released his album The Snappening with Sony Music Publishing and guest appeared on Montana hip hop artist Overtime’s Self Made in America album which ranked #2 on the Luminate Current Rap Chart and #11 on the Current Country Albums Chart.

This year, D1C3 has released his re-mastered compilation album titled Thirteen featuring re-mastered music spanning from 2016 to present day. The album broke 100,000 streams on Spotify and is rapidly growing. His EP The Beauty of Misery with Prophetnyc has also broken 100,000streams on Spotify. D1C3’s record Mask On with Prophetnyc is currently at 150,000,000 views on TikTok with over 25,000 videos featuring the song. D1C3 has surpassed over 200,000,000 collected views and rapidly growing with over 50,000 videos that have featured his music on TikTok.

In May of 2023, D1C3 & Prophetnyc won eight awards alongside their team at the IndieFEST Film Awards for Love Lies. The music video/short film starred D1C3, Prophetnyc, Janelle Yull, & Anna Mayo with its cinematography handled by Victor Miranda of Vision Maker Productions. Love Lies was written, directed, and edited by D1C3 whom also filmed scenes he did not appear in and produced the music video/short film alongside Prophetnyc. Love Lies was also officially selected at the New York City Independent Film Festival and is scheduled to be screened in June of 2023 at the festival in Time Square, NY.

Currently, D1C3 is working on his upcoming 2023 album titled DICE and the follow up to The Beauty of Misery EP with Prophetnyc which was engineered, mixed and mastered by Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum engineer Chris Conway at No Mystery Studio in Brooklyn, NY.
