My script "When It Snows" is now a short film directed by Stephen Folker. It has been entered in festivals. It is a story of a woman suffering from dementia.

The British Short Film Awards named my script “The Blood Machine” as a “Finalist”, 10/22/21. My short script “The Blood Machine” won the “Best Unproduced Script” category at the London Indie Film Festival (24framesfilmfest), on 6/14/21.

My one-hour pilot “Cold Heat” made the “Top Fifty” at the Cinequest Screenwriting Competition, 3/30/23. It is in the top 6% of discoverable projects on Coverfly. “Cold Heat” was a “Finalist” for “Best TV Pilot Screenplay” at the Golden Script Competition, Edinburgh, 2022. It is on the 2022 “Golden List.”

It can be found on the “Golden List.” My screenplay “Martin’s Accidental Quest” was a semi-finalist in the Page Turner Screenplay Contest, September 21, 2020. They said it was in the “Top 15 scripts” in the category of comedy. My teleplay-pilot “Fear! Greed! Lies!” was an Official Selection of the WRPN.TV Screenplay Competition, September, 2020 I won the 2016 Best Local Playwright Contest at the Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette, in Indiana. My play was “The Kegger”. (I used the pen-name “JS Green” then.)It was performed at the CTGL on May 17, 2016.
