Joel Delgado is the CEO and lead director and cinematographer of Panoptic Productions LLC. Covering everything from food, art, fashion in Colorado, to traveling the world and documenting cultures and people, Joel uses motion pictures to portray the human condition. He is currently directing, producing, and shooting his first feature length documentary film about Samoan culture and the history of tattooing.
