I am a Manchester based Writer/Director.

My background is as a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for collaboration across art forms and my work spans sculptural installations, Theatre and Film.

My short films have screened nationally & internationally, including at BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals. My last short film Gobstopper was selected by Prano Bailey-Bond as part of Centerframe Top 5 Selects and is currently screening on Omeleto’s Drama Channel where it has received great acclaim.
Gobstopper has won multiple awards for Best Northern Film (NWIFF) Best Young Actor (Wolverhamoton Film Festival) Best Ensemble Cast (Women X) and has received multiple nominations for other categories.
My short film credits as Writer / Director also include my BFI Network funded short film MUG (MANIFF / Women X) How Not To Meditate (LSFF) A Minute’s Silence (Berlin Flash) Bored Games (LSFF) and Time Goes Nowhere (Kino International Film festival and BBC Film Network) I was recently shortlisted for the 2025 Director’s Uk Regional Director’s scheme
I am drawn to writing about characters who dance on the edge of what society perceives as acceptable. I am a passionate member of the KINOKABARET movement.
