For the second year I've been studying and shooting documentaries.
Being involved in designing web pages, mobile applications and later video games, I realized that I wanted to immerse myself in the visual arts and spend more time studying filmmaking.
Inspired by the revised documentary tapes that helped change the world for the better, I realized that I also wanted to participate in this filmmaking process.
With experience in creating and motivating a team of like-minded people, in 2018, I began shooting my first documentary "66 scenes of Uzhgorod". The main purpose was to learn how to shoot and edit a movie without spending a lot of resources.
In 2019 I finished two shorts documentary "CouchSurfers" and “#Transcarpathia”, where I experimented with the form and concepts of submitting material.
The same year I completed directing summer courses the “Skalka 2019” film school in Uzhhorod and after completed documentary filmmaking courses from the Kharkov School of Visual Art, whose curators were conducting master classes about storytelling in documentary in Uzhhorod. As part of this film school, I created two documentaries about mountain rescuers and rescue operations: a feature film "Snow Leopard of the Carpathians" and a short film "72 Hours".
This 2020 year I finished studying at the Indie Lab Documentary Film School in Kyiv. Where as I continued the theme of "salvation" I researched and elaborated on the theme of ambulance workers. As part of this film school, I made a short film “Save me, Doctor!”, movie tells about the regular work of the ambulance team during the New Year holidays in Kyiv. The main characters are three ambulance workers: a doctor, a paramedic, and a driver, and the challenges and patients they encounter during a work shift.
