Since 2019, Jenerro Wade has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cosmetic Dental Texas. Cosmetic Dental Texas which has provided dental care to the greater Houston area since 1999. Wade has led the rebranding and operational restructure of CDT which has led to a record setting 1.1-million-dollars in production for the company.

Upon taking on the position 3 years ago, he previously spent 8 years in the sports and entertainment industry, becoming an integral piece of the football operations department for the Houston Texans which won NFL operations team of the year (2019). This award is given to the most efficient and hospitable club out of all 32 NFL teams. The winner is chosen by poll from every host city hotel, airlines, bus companies, and catering services.

Wade oversaw the general maintenance and operations of Texans facilities and executed all logistical endeavors set forth by General Manager Rick Smith, he also assisted in other various duties to assist players, coaches, and staff on game days. Prior to his time on football operations, Wade began his career with the Texans as part of the events and marketing department, which executed all in game production, fan club events, and grassroots initiatives for the Texans.

Wade also lent his talents to help produce other high level sporting events such as the NFL International Series (2011-2012), NCAA Final Four (2016), Copa America Centenario (2016), Manchester Derby (2017), NCAA Football Bowl Games, and Super Bowl 51 (2017). Wade received his master’s degree in London while playing for one of Britain’s national club team the London Blitz and working in the British capital’s West End theatre district at the Novello theatre.

Wade has executive produced the award-winning short film Operation Zeugung, Lips Like Fire, Love Package, and No Exit. Wade is a co-founder of the What’s the HYPE podcast an in-depth discussion with professional athletes to cut through the HYPE surrounding the sports industry and give a better understanding of the sports world to the public. He is also the co-founder of Banjo Beaver Productions which is putting out its next highly anticipated short film Write On in 2023.
