Before starting his directing career Jeffrey was an award-winning advertising creative director for agencies worldwide.

He has completed six short films and a feature documentary. His films have screened at won film festivals around the world st the top festivals.
His film biography includes his feature documentary AMERICAN AUTO and short films ESPERAME, SPERFECT, MUSEUM FOR THE PEOPLE, NO PLACE TO FALL. And his short film ANNIVERSARIO won BEST DIRECTOR at the prestigious Rhode Island International Film Festival.

He has collaborated and shot with filmmakers from all parts of the world including Italy, France, Tokyo, and Argentina. His creative work has won gold, silver, and bronze awards at such venues as the Cannes International Advertising Festival, the New York One Club, the Clios, the British Design and Art Directors Club. Including a commercial Emmy for a PSA recognizing fallen rescue workers.

He has been guided and mentored by Judy Hoffman, Albert Maysles, and Wim Wenders.

He is an alumnus of the Berlinale Talent Campus, Reykjavik Int'l Film Festival Talent Lab, and the Directors Guild of America.
