Jeffrey Cochran has been involved in all things "dark" for as long as he can remember, especially in his home state of North Carolina. Owner and operator of A Darker World Productions he partnered with Wreak Havoc Productions to produce a local (North Carolina) based podcast and book called Carolina Haints.

Since 2017 he has been writing and producing North Carolina short films and judging for the Wreak Havoc Film Festival. He has recently been named co-director of the film festival.

White Noise marks his directorial debut. This was a fun, two-day shoot about a creepy antique white noise machine.
