Janice Tsao is a multi-media artist from Los Angeles. She started drawing and painting at a young age and particularly admired Vincent Van Gogh. With a great love for animation and storytelling, she set her sights on the CalArts Character Animation program and graduated in 2014, also obtaining a minor in Humanities. She is drawn to vivid colors and the power of surrealism, namely how it can indirectly but simply reveal great truths.
